As a self-directed services provider, Great Lakes Consumer Direct offers three service options:

Fiscal Employer Agent – You are the employer; you hire and manage your own employees. Great Lakes Consumer Direct assists with the paperwork.

Co-employment or Agency with Choice – Great Lakes Consumer Direct is the employer. You manage your employees and Consumer Direct deals with the paperwork.

Fiscal Conduit or Vendor Payment – Great Lakes Consumer Direct takes care of paying for your services and goods.
